Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us via support@beanosaur.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
