  • Ensure the product remains unused and in original packaging

4. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage is caused by improper handling after delivery

5. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For approved cases, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping
