Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Indonesia (domestic shipping).
International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional fees and customs regulations.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on:

  • Weekends or public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Christmas)
    will be processed on the next business day.

We reserve the right to extend processing time during high-demand periods (e.g., campaigns, promotions).


3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We partner with trusted Indonesian logistics providers such as:

  • JNE
  • J&T Express
  • SiCepat
  • AnterAja

Courier selection may vary depending on location and availability.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Jabodetabek: 1–3 business days
  • Java (outside Jabodetabek): 2–5 business days
  • Outside Java: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays from courier partners
  • Peak seasons or national holidays

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Selected courier service

Promotional shipping (e.g., flat rate or free shipping) may be offered during specific campaigns.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status directly with the courier.


7. Delivery Responsibility

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers.

However, we will assist in coordinating with the courier when necessary.


8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept the package

The package may be returned to us.
In such cases:

  • Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

9. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please document the condition immediately (photo/video)
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Claims without proper documentation may not be processed.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or disruptions in logistics networks
